Some waterproofing
manufacturers market warranties as “the guarantee” of a quality installation. Do not be fooled.
Too often, the only thing about a warranty that a building owner considers is length – which is
probably the least important part. While a warranty can be very beneficial to a building owner,
it does not guarantee a watertight building.
With or without a warranty,
the long-term performance of a waterproofing system depends on three things:

installation by authorised applicators
- On site monitoring
