Guarantees
Sarnafil Ltd offers two main types of guarantee, both of which are available for 10, 15 or 20 year periods, subject to specification.
All guarantee options are devoid of small print, keeping to clear clauses.
Sarnafil Product Guarantee
This covers the Sarnafil primary waterproofing membrane, its Sarnafil Ltd supplied components and the design against wind uplift. Gravity drainage outlets can also be covered if our design service and products are used. This guarantee is backed by an insurance policy from XL of Switzerland and Professional Indemnity insurance from Lloyds Underwriters.
Sarnafil Extended Products Guarantee
This provides the same cover as the Sarnafil Product Guarantee, plus any or all Sarna branded components (steel deck, insulation, rooflights, fall arrest/restraint, siphonic drainage, roof greening) included in the project.
The Sarnafil Extended Products Guarantee has a number of significant benefits over similar guarantee systems on the market:
- All component guarantees are assigned to Sarnafil Ltd through a unique Branded Product Supply Chain agreement. The client receives a single guarantee, rather than a collection of guarantees with different terms and conditions.
- All guarantee terms and conditions are brought into line and operate under an agreed dispute procedure in the event of a problem.
- All partners provide direct loss cover for Sarnafil or Sarna branded components that may need replacement in the event of a problem caused by their product.
