Sarnafil TG
Sarnafil TG membranes are manufactured using a specially developed in line extrusion coating process.
This coats both sides of the glassfibre carrier simultaneously with a compounded Flexible Polyethylene to produce a dynamically stable membrane, which is suitable for adhered and loose laid ballasted applications. This process enables between 2% and 5% recyclate to be used in the production of new membranes.
Installation on site is carried out by Sarnafil contractors, trained in the installation requirements of Sarnafil TG and TS. This includes the correct preparation of overlaps with Sarnafil T Prep, prior to the hot air welding of all overlapping joints on site, forming a seam stronger than the membrane itself.
