New Construction
The new build market has always provided the cutting edge of product development for the construction industry, demanding continuous improvements in products, systems, installation technology, quality and speed of installation.
Perhaps that is why Sarnafil single ply roofing systems have so quickly become the preferred waterproofing material for flat roofs. However, today Sarnafil systems are being specified for far more than flat roofs. Pitched, domed, curved, barrel vault and even vertical surfaces are all easily waterproofed. The appearance of traditional lead and copper roofing can easily be recreated using coloured membranes with traditional profiles. The requirements of the Building Regulations Part L/J 2002 are also easily accommodated.
