Option 2, The Enhanced Service
This service package combines the Standard Services offered in Option 1 and enhances it through the use of our Roof Management Department’s surveyors to provide an outline investigation of the existing roof, including confirmation of the build-up by taking core samples. This information, together with thermal calculations on the proposed new roofing system is included with the specification to produce a mini report.
As with Option 1 a Sarnafil Technical Adviser will work with the client or their agent to agree the Sarnafil membrane type, thickness and colour and guarantee requirements, Product or Extended Products.
The specification included within the mini report will include the wind uplift calculations, for which Sarnafil takes design responsibility, and the details of any 3rd Party site investigations required.
A number of experienced, specialist, Sarnafil trained contractors suitable for the type of project will also be suggested for competitive tender.
